September 25, 2026 | Steamboat Springs, Colorado

Weekend Schedule
Steamboat Springs is a bit of a trek, so we recommend giving yourself plenty of travel time and settling in before the festivities begin. Also, you’ll be at 6,800' elevation, so plan to take it easy, drink plenty of water, and give yourself time to adjust.
Friday, September 25
4:00 PM | Ceremony
Please arrive at the Yampa River Botanic Park. The gardens are a short walk from the parking area and are especially beautiful in late September. The ceremony will take place on The Green, a natural amphitheater surrounded by pine and spruce trees. We recommend arriving a little early to walk through the gardens and enjoy the setting.
5:00 PM | Ceremony Concludes
5:00 – 5:30 PM | Transition to Downtown
Make your way to downtown Steamboat. It’s about a 6-minute drive, 1.5 miles, or an easy ride via the local bus.
5:30 PM | Cocktail Hour & Live Music
Join us at Steamboat Social Club for drinks, music, and time to connect.
6:30 PM - 10:00 PM | Dinner & Celebration
Dinner, drinks, and dancing to follow. There is an outdoor space, and it can get chilly in the evening, so we recommend bringing a shawl or light jacket.
Saturday, September 26
We’re keeping Saturday flexible and casual. Join us in town during the day for a bite to eat and to watch the Huskers play. Later in the afternoon or evening, we’re planning to head to Strawberry Hot Springs for a soak, about a 20–25 minute drive from downtown.
No formal schedule here, just time to hang out and enjoy Steamboat together.
